The common ones are OsteoArthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis also referred to as Rheumatism.
Osteoarthritis is known by many people as wear and tear Arthritis. It is one of the most common forms of Arthritis which is a result of cartilage wearing away from the joints. This cartilage is responsible for the smooth gliding of joints, and once it begins to deteriorate, the patient is left with serious sharp pains especially in the knees, joint swelling, and inflammation, which in severe cases can lead to deformity.
Rheumatoid arthritis is the second major type of arthritis. It is a very serious ailment caused by inflammation of the joints in the body. The pain associated with the disease is at times so serious and severe that it almost completely disables the affected area of the body. Research shows that it affects women more often than men.

Try and plan out a routine exercise that helps you get relief.
Using pain relievers: This an easy way out but it has advantages and disadvantages.
The Advantage is it can be an easy way out to get pain relief but the disadvantage is that pain killers can have a negative side effect if abused or used in excess. It is important to follow your doctor’s advice and guidance in such cases.
