Arthritis can be a group of conditions that affect the health of the bone joints in the body. It is a very painful inflammation of a joint or joints, for example, the knee, waist, back, hips, thighs, even upper parts of the body like the shoulders and hands, and usually produces heat and redness.

Although the causes of Arthritis, in general, can vary from person to person, here are some factors that can result in having Arthritis and joint pain.

The types of food you eat: can be a cause and this is because there are some foods that are associated with Omega 6 fatty acid, which causes inflammation in the body. Eating too much of such food can create an excess amount of Inflammation on the joints of the body, leading to Arthritis.

Hereditary issues: This occurs in cases where it is associated with genetic factors of one’s family health history. Although it’s not in all cases this occurs.

Putting on weight: can also be considered as aiding arthritis because in some cases, having weight can put pressure on the joints in the body. Like for example, the joints in the knee may be seriously affected by an overweight person. 


Adjust your diet: There are ways you can avoid eating foods that cause too much inflammation in the body. Instead try eating more nutritious food that benefits your joints, bones, and Omega 3 fatty acid foods such as:

How to apply Nature's Gift Balm

Please read the steps carefully:

For muscle pain:

Step 1: Make sure the affected portion is dry.

Step 2: Take a potion of the Nature’s Gift balm and apply on the affected area. 

Step 3: Massage the affected area by applying pressure with both hands.

Do this for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

Make sure there is no bleeding on the affected area. 

For Joint pain:

Step 1: Make sure the affected joint is dry.
